HBsAg/HCV/Syphilis Combo Rapid Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg), antibodies to Hepatitis C Virus and syphilis antibodies (IgG and IgM) to Treponema Pallidum (TP) in whole blood, serum or plasma.
The HBsAg, HCV, and Syphilis Rapid Tests are immunochromatographic cassettes for qualitative detection of pathogens in whole blood, serum, or plasma. The HBsAg test detects the surface antigen indicating an active Hepatitis B infection, while the HCV test detects antibodies to Hepatitis C virus. The Syphilis test uses a double-antigen format to detect IgG and IgM antibodies to Treponema pallidum. In all tests, a colored line in the test zone indicates a positive result, and a control line confirms proper procedure and sample flow.
