The HAV IgG/IgM&Syphilis Combo Rapid Test (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of IgG and IgM antibodies of Hepatitis A virus and antibodies of Treponema Pallidum (TP) in human whole blood, serum or plasma specimen to aid in the diagnosis of Syphilis and HAV infection.
The HAV IgG, HAV IgM, and Syphilis Rapid Tests are immunochromatographic cassettes for qualitative antibody detection in whole blood, serum, or plasma. The HAV tests differentiate between IgG and IgM antibodies using specific antigen-coated particles. The Syphilis test employs a double-antigen format to detect both IgG and IgM antibodies. In all tests, a colored line in the test zone indicates a positive result, while a control line confirms proper procedure and sample flow.
